Mr. Samba Bah is a Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) obtained in the London College of Accountancy and holds an MBA in Finance and Investment from the University Technology of Mauritius. A Strategic, results-oriented and dedicated Chartered Accountant with wealth of professional experience in accounting, financial management, operational controls, and audit across a diverse range of industries in Energy and Petroleum, banking, telecommunications, International Financial Institutions, Medical (Hospital & Pharmaceutical), Manufacturing (Medical devices & Furniture) and audit.  

He has Big 4 experience and is highly conversant in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Public-Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes Oxley. 

Mr Bah worked as a subject matter expert for IFAD and was deployed to Fiji and Afghanistan. In Fiji Mr Bah serve as the Financial Management Specialist during the project design mission while in Afghanistan he conducted Project Financial Management training and also developed a Project Implementation manual for the IFAD funded projects  

He has also led consultancy positions with World Bank Funded Projects in The Gambia namely WARCIP and WAAPP as Internal Audit Consultant. 

In-depth knowledge in project financial management, audit and procurement policies of public sector, government, and International Financial institutions like IFAD, ADB, World Bank and IDB.
