Middle Office Manager

Mr Djillali Kertous holds a Master’s Degree in Financial and Banking Techniques from the University of PANTHEON-ASSAS, PARIS- France.

Mr Kertous is the Middle Office Manager at LIMA CAPITAL, a financial consulting firm registered in The Gambia. He joins LIMA with vast expertise on Transactional Commodity Finance.

Prior to joining LIMA, he was the Middle Manager at Hashi Energy Holdings Limited, an integrated solutions providing multi-national conglomerate headquartered in Dubai with operations in the Oil &Gas, Logistics and Commodities across East Africa.

Mr. Kertous worked with SS Lootah International Investment Group Dubai as Operation Manager, responsible for structuring trade deals and managing transactions.

He also worked with Commodity Connect DMCC Dubai as Operation Manager, responsible for providing Middle Office Services for banks on Structure Trade deals on and off-balance-sheet financing.

Mr Kertous has a banking career spanning more than a decade with Natixis Paris. He started as a graduate trainee and rose to be the Accounts Officer in the Transactional Commodity Finance -Risk & Collateral Management Operations and held the position for 6 years.
